ABOUT THIS ROLE

As an HVAC Lead Technician, you oversee residential HVAC installation projects, both retrofits and new constructions. You mentor apprentice helpers while ensuring all jobs meet Holt Phillips' high-quality standards and code compliance. You coordinate with the installation manager and dispatch team to optimize timelines and resources, complete job documentation with precision, and maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout each project.
