Description

UNC Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at Clayton, located in Clayton, North Carolina are currently seeking an MD / DO, BE / BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team full-time! Join an existing, stable group of 2 Orthopedic Surgeon Physicians, 1 Sports Medicine Physician and 2 APPs!

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Alternating schedule between clinic and OR
  • Clinic hours : Monday - Thursday | 7 : 45 am – 5 : 00 pm, Friday | 7 : 45am - 12 : 00 pm
  • Call : Participate in unassigned hospital call, 1 : 7 or 1 : 8, as well as practice call rotation

    • Requirements

  • Candidates must have experience in hip / knee arthroplasty, foot & ankle surgery, or trauma surgery
  • Fellowship-trained is a bonus
  • Opportunities to support local High School athletic teams and events
  • Supervising APPs
  • There is no current need within the group for specialists in sports medicine or shoulder / elbow surgery
