Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide specialized therapy services in a K-12 school setting, serving students with more severe speech and language needs. This contract role offers onsite work, providing direct therapy services one day per week, facilitating impactful support for those requiring intensive intervention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to K-12 students with significant communication challenges
- Implement evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to each students goals
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical mentorship opportunities
Qualifications :
Tennessee Speech Language Pathologist license in good standingExperience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school environmentStrong understanding of intervention techniques for severe speech and language disordersAbility to work independently during assigned therapy daysLocation & Schedule :
