As an Operator on our Distribution team, you’ll support the daily operations that keep our facility running smoothly. From loading and unloading materials to assembling and moving doors through the process, this role is hands-on and vital to ensuring that every door we deliver meets the highest standards of quality and safety. In this role, you'll report to the Warehouse Manager.

Operator (Distribution) – 3rd Shift

Location : Jefferson City, TN

Schedule : 7 : 30 PM – 6 : 00 AM (Sunday night to Wednesday night) + OT on Thursday–Friday as needed

Pay : $22 / hr + $1 / hr shift differential

What You’ll Do

• Inspect doors for defects and perform minor repairs
• Verify production codes and determine doors to repair or reject
• Package doors for shipping and put them in correct locations
• Complete accurate paperwork and follow all safety and process procedures
• Load and unload trucks and carry out other tasks as directed
