PM&R Physician Locum Needed in Urbana Illinois

Requirements : Board Certified, Active Illinois License, ACLS, BLS.

Schedule :  Coverage needed 11 / 3 / 25-1 / 2 / 26. Monday- Friday 8a-4p Please see below for additional job details.

We are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to provide coverage on the inpatient rehab floor. The provider will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to manage and oversee patient rehabilitation plans, coordinate care, and support recovery for patients with diverse physical and neurological conditions.

Daily census and patient load consistent with rehab floor standards

Collaborative environment with experienced support staff and therapists

EMR : EPIC
