Overview
With the growth of our Android app, being the most used text-to-speech app in the Play Store, we seek a Senior Android Engineer to support the expanding user base and work on new projects to push us forward.
This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users. We are a flat organization that values leadership through technical excellence and consistent, fast results. Strong work ethic, clear communication, and a drive to win are paramount. Our interview process involves several technical interviews aimed to be completed within 1 week.
What Youll Do
- Owning major features and collaborating with design to deliver high-quality features within the app
- Shape the future of our Android team
- Own, maintain and improve reliability metrics for key features
- Participate in cross-team discussions (Product, Design, Engineering)
- Review pull requests and support teammates
- Handle critical issues and unplanned challenges
- Take ownership of feature releases and provide nightly builds for QA

The United States Based Salary range for this role is 140,000-200,000 USD / Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience
