The Company is in search of an EVP, Legal, Technology and Commercial, Streaming, Marketing, and Distribution. Key responsibilities for the EVP include legal support for regional launches and operations, advising on localization issues, and counseling on strategic regional initiatives. The role also involves supporting transactional work, overseeing compliance for global marketing campaigns, and negotiating a variety of agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, knowledge of international compliance requirements, and experience with emerging technologies, including AI tools and digital advertising technology.
