Colorado Licensed Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Provide patient care in a fully remote environment, supporting recovery aligned with harm reduction principles

Prescribe buprenorphine-based medications and initiate care in an outpatient setting

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and participate in structured onboarding and support

Required Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states

At least 1 year of experience in an independent, outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications

Availability for full-time work (30-40 hours / week) with shifts ending at 6pm local time

Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice

Access to a private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
