  • Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; embrace educational growth.
  • Healthcare or Customer Service experience is advantageous.
  • Possess an articulate, professional communication style.
  • Exhibit proficiency in multitasking during high-volume interactions.
  • Showcase accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrate robust computer skills and digital fluency.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish enriches communication.
