As a Functional Technician at our Robotics team, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, fabrication, and testing of complex robotic systems and components.This position combines hands-on technical work with collaborative problem-solving in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities :
Execute assembly and fabrication of complex manufactured products following established proceduresPerform troubleshooting and debug activities on manufacturing products. Gather and analyze data from various sources for problem resolution. Troubleshoot standard tasks and escalate complex issues when necessaryConduct PCBA inspection, rework, and circuit board modificationsSet up and execute test fixtures and DAQ systems. Read and interpret engineering documentation and drawingsFabricate cable harnesses and assemble electronic boxesAssist in training new hires and junior team membersMaintain quality standards and contribute to process improvementsDocument discrepancies and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with hardware standards (SAE, Metric, ASME)Perform hardware inspections and first article buildsBasic Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentProficient in reading and understanding EnglishCompetency with basic hand tools and measurement equipmentBasic computer skills for data entry and software operationsPhysical ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 50 pounds frequentlyStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsUnderstanding of basic hardware standards (SAE, Metric, ASME)Ability to read and interpret technical documentationBasic technical communication skillsPreferred Qualifications :
2+ years' experience in manufacturing assemblyExperience with specialized manufacturing equipmentBackground in electronics assembly or roboticsRelevant technical certificationsExperience with quality control processesWorking Conditions :
