Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
About the Role :
A school district in Ohio is looking for a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide full-time coverage during a maternity leave period. The caseload includes mostly K4th graders, with a smaller group of 5th and 6th grade students. This role is fully remote and requires strong communication, organization, and comfort managing a steady caseload.
Position Details :
Dates : March 2, 2025 May 29, 2026
Hours : Full-time, 37.5 hours / week
Caseload : Approximately 5060 students
Grade Levels : Primarily K4, with some 5th6th graders
Responsibilities :
Provide virtual direct speech-language therapy to students.
Complete evaluations and write clear, thorough reports.
Develop and track IEP goals aligned with student needs.
Participate in IEP and team meetings as required.
Maintain accurate documentation and meet district and state compliance standards.
Requirements :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Ohio SLP license.
ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred.
School-based experience required; teletherapy experience helpful.
Strong ability to manage a busy caseload in a virtual setting.
