Job description

The Larson Group Peterbilt , is looking for an experienced Leasing Administrator to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the Leasing Administrator is to perform a variety of secretarial duties for TLG Leasing, Inc. This position will take and / or transcribe dictation of a complex and confidential nature. Assists with designated administrative details using initiative and judgement.

Responsibilities :

Maintains customer and unit contract files

Assists with maintaining insurance

Maintains customer information for TLG systems.

Coordinates sales with other TLG personnel and outside parties.

Prepares letters and reports

Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable employees in their duties.

Process Accounts Receivable deposits.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

High School diploma is required.

Experience in a general business environment is preferred.

College degree in business is preferred but not required.
