The Organization Change Management (OCM) Senior Specialist will focus on supporting the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies. The OCM Senior Specialist will apply Organization Change Management (OCM) methodologies : assessing needs, stakeholders, and resistances to create engaging change campaigns and training content to support the organization through various business critical technology or process changes.

The approximate pay range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
No supervisory responsibilities
Work is typically performed in a standard office setting.
This is a regular, full-time position with the understanding that a regular workweek will require extended days and hours as needed to meet business needs.
Occasional domestic and / or global travel may be required for this position.
