The Client Success Specialist position fosters client and prospect relationships through the collection of testimonials, feedback, referrals and reviews! This person will drive engagement, receive quality leads, and qualify opportunities. This is achieved through different funnels of interaction while maintaining a sharp in-person and phone presence. They will also have excellent listening skills and the ability to build a rapport with our prospects and clients.

Offering all-in potential from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. We offer salary plus commissions plus bonuses.
Objectives and Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospects and clientsPerform quality control surveysCollect client experience testimonialsGather referral opportunities to expand our reach in the communityCoordinate and follow up on each client referralReceive incoming client service calls in a friendly mannerInput and update notes into CRM and data trackersMaintain professional communication with clients and staffAssist with CRM updates of prospects information including entering notes, creating contacts, running reports, communicating via phone, text message, and emailAssisting in the preparation of the marketing events including contacting and prequalifying all potential clients and attending the eventsAttend marketing / educational eventsPursue ongoing education to enhance industry relevant knowledgeOther duties as assigned, which may be subject to change based on the needs of the organizationExperience
1+ years of experience in a client facing roleExperience in a lead generation role (preferred)Financial industry experience and knowledge (preferred)Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clientsStrong phone presenceBilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languagesMust be a go-getter, team-player, and hungry for knowledge and growth!Tech-savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new systems, softwares and processesBenefits
