Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance team. The Compliance Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the effectiveness and integrity of the Guardian Care Compliance Program. Reporting to the Compliance Officer, this individual will primarily assist with auditing, investigation, and regulatory update functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and analytical professional committed to upholding our organization's high ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Auditing and Monitoring :

Assist the Compliance Officer in executing the auditing and monitoring process of the Compliance Program.

Support the investigation process for alleged compliance issues in accordance with the Investigation and Response policy.

Monitor regulatory sources, including CMS and IHCP bulletins, for updates that impact Guardian Care's operations.

Assist the Compliance Officer with maintaining organized records of compliance activities, including complaints, reviews, and training logs.
