How You'll Make an Impact

Deliver high-quality transformer designs on time and to spec

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success

Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of new tools and systems

Analyze test failures and lead root cause investigations

Provide technical support to customers and internal teams

Mentor and coach junior engineers

Identify and implement process and product enhancements

Your Background

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

3+ years of experience in transformer design or a related field

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience with AutoCAD and / or Creo (preferred)

Familiarity with simulation tools (FEA) and programming (SQL, Power BI) is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
