Position : Energy and Sustainability Coordinator
Compensation : $70,000 - $80,000 / Year DOE

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION : The Energy and Sustainability Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing programs, policies, and initiatives aimed at reducing utility consumption, enhancing energy efficiency, and integrating sustainable practices across the organization's multifamily property portfolio. This role combines technical expertise, regulatory compliance, and project management to achieve cost savings and environmental sustainability goals.
SUPERVISION REQUIRED : Receives directions from the Senior Facilities Manager and may receive directions from the Director of Asset Management. The Energy and Sustainability Coordinator may provide supervision to other lower- level Operations staff, as necessary.
