Job description225 bed specialty care hospital Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management, Women's Health, Pediatrics Region's premier imaging, surgery, and laboratory services Located in the central region of Michigan's upper peninsula Largest community in the peninsula Home to Northern Michigan University Facility Department / Cost Center : Cardiac Imaging Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.) : Cath Lab Tech Specialty : Number of Openings : 5 Shift : Variable shift start times 7am & 8am Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 0.8 FTE Weekend Hours : On call Call Requirements : Must punch in 30 mins from time you are called in. # of call depends on # of team members Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS Years of Experience : Any Float Requirements : Additional Notes : Number of Beds : 200 Patient Ratios : Equipment : Cath Lab Suite EHR : Merge Hemo and Cerner Supervisor : Jeanne Langsford Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc. : Adult and Geriatric Must Have Skills / Experience : Preferred Skillset / Experience : General procedures (angiography, angioplasty, arterial line insertion, coronary angioplasty, CTO, intra-aortic balloon, Impella, intravascular ultrasound, pan table, stent placement, thrombolysis, venography, wave wire), hemodynamic & other calculations, right & left heart catheterization, Structural heart procedures, vascular interventional (contrast administration, emergency procedures, peripheral, thoracic, PE), EP studies. Will train if needed.
