What you'll do

• Inspire clients to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money by building client relationships that grow over time.
• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools (video conferencing, phone, chat, email).
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to coordinate how your remote work impacts results.
• Grow your tax expertise over time.

Pay Range Information

The posted pay range is $11.00 - $80.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Final pay decisions depend on experience, education, skills, performance, and location. Some candidates may participate in incentive plans with potential additional earnings.
