Marketing Lead : Accelerating the Future of Tech
Location : New York City (Non-Negotiable Onsite)
compensation : $180K - $240K
We are a leading accelerator for founders building the next generation of decentralized and disruptive technologies. Since 2020, we've supported 300+ startups that are now collectively valued in the billions. We are a small, high-impact team backed by S-tier investors and founders from some of the world's most successful tech companies.
We're looking for a Marketing Lead to become the sole owner of our brand and marketing strategy, reporting directly to a Co-founder / CPO. Your mission : ensure every ambitious founder knows we exist and applies to our program. This is a high-agency, high-reward role for an individual contributor ready to make a career-defining commitment.
As the Marketing Lead, you will be a hands-on Individual Contributor responsible for the entire marketing funnel, with a primary focus on driving founder applications .
- Own and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy, constantly optimizing for application volume and quality using data.
- Lead all content creation and distribution across key channels, including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, video production (podcast, clipping, short-form), blog posts, and community communications (DAO comms).
- Manage and execute live events central to our community, such as Demo Days and MVP Hackathons.
- Develop and shape the brand's voice to authentically resonate with both crypto-native and Gen Z founder audiences.
- Launch creative campaigns that firmly position the organization at the center of founder culture, both in NYC and globally.
- Manage external contractors (e.g., video editors, photographers) as needed for execution.
Requirements
Crypto-Native : Deep, proven understanding of the industry's culture, memes, market cycles, and key players.Proven Track Record : Significant marketing experience at a leading crypto protocol, fund, or a top-tier tech / VC firm. This is not an entry-level position.Exceptional Communicator : Able to speak authentically and compellingly to both technical founders and Gen Z audiences.Master of X (Twitter) : Must demonstrate exceptional ability to grow and engage an audience on X, while also possessing a clear strategy for expanding beyond the immediate crypto ecosystem.High-Agency, Entrepreneurial, and Self-Driven : You are comfortable setting your own aggressive priorities and executing them without constant management.Hands-On IC Orientation : You will not be building or managing a team— you are the team. We are a small group of builders where everyone executes.Comfortable with AI Tools : Eager to leverage modern AI to accelerate workflows and drive efficiency.NYC Relocation : Non-negotiable requirement to be based in New York City to work alongside our founders and team.Why NOT join us :
