Call Center Representative

Call Center Representatives at HeadPinz, Bowland & FastTrax Entertainment We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

This role is integral to our operations and requires a unique set of skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide friendly and professional customer service over the phone and online.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential guests, answering their queries and directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Utilize our database to provide accurate information to callers.
• Liaise with our sales team regarding inbound calls about group functions.
• Report any customer complaints to senior management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our POS systems, Square Sales and Ordering system, Conqueror’s reservation features, 3CX system, and Quiq.
• Stay informed about all our locations, including attractions, leagues, special events, birthday party specifications, food specials, etc.
• Keep updated information on management staff to provide accurate information to call center employees and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
