This role offers a competitive hourly rate up to $20 / hour based on skills and experience, with opportunities to grow into higher earning roles.

About the Role

Our Installers bring beauty, organization, and joy into customers' homestransforming garage spaces into functional, stylish solutions. In this hands-on role, you'll be assembling and installing custom-built systems with precision and care. You'll start with in-depth training to learn our tools, techniques, and quality standards, with the goal of growing into a Lead Installer position quickly.

This is a full-time, in-field role within the Charlotte and surrounding area. Requires availability for occasional weekend shifts (at least 2 per month).
