Hourly Rate :  $77 / hr

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join the dynamic imaging team at a premier academic medical center. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CT / MRI procedures and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

  • Qualifications :

  • Education :  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiology, or a related field.
  • Licensure :  New York State License or Registration; BLS certification required. ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification preferred.
  • Experience :  Minimum of one (1) year of CT / MRI experience as a Radiologic Technologist. Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills :  Strong knowledge of CT imaging techniques and protocols.
  • Soft Skills :  Excellent patient care and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform a variety of radiographic, CT, and MRI procedures following established protocols and safety standards.
  • Ensure high-quality diagnostic images and accurate patient positioning.
  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment in a safe and effective manner.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including clear communication and comfort during procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Adhere to on-call requirements as scheduled.
