Job description$170000.00 to $224000.00 salary plus up to $16,400.00 year in QUALITY bonuses Sign on : if applicable CME -$2500.00 annual allowance Retention – Earn up to 3 % increase after 1st year until max out of salary scale. Lump sum bonus after max out. PTO : 21 Days of Time Off Sick Time : 10 Days Relocation - negotiable Health, Dental, Life, Vision, Long-Term Disability, FICA - SS and Medicare 403 (b) Retirement Plan Malpractice Insurance HRSA Loan Forgiveness Eligibility J1 Visa or H1B Visa Sponsorship Pediatrician - Montgomery, Alabama Clinic : 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm General Pediatric Clinic Coverage - Sick Visits, Developmental Check Ups, Medication Management Mon-Fri. Option for a 4-day work week 18-22 pts per day Team of 2 NPs and 1 Pediatrician Call Rotation : 1 : 5. Includes IP Care Coverage
