Recruitment Coordinator

Position Summary :

The Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in both managing HR responsibilities and operational support tasks which assists in the smooth functioning of our home care services.

The HR position involves recruiting, onboarding and scheduling caregivers, managing employee relations, and supporting daily caregiver requests.

Recruitment Coordinator includes providing home care to clients during an absence. Being organized, empathetic, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Evening and weekend hours are required, as needed.

Human Resources :

• Recruitment and Onboarding : Source, screen, and interview candidates for caregiver roles. Coordinate onboarding, including background checks, training, and orientation.
• Employee Relations : Address employee concerns, foster a positive workplace culture, and mediate conflicts to maintain high morale and retention.

This position will include travel within the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio area.
