We are seeking a DAS Field Manager that will support Colorado and the Mountain Region (UT, WY, MT, NE, SD, ND). Flexible to travel to project sites daily in and around Greater Denver is required. Regional Travel may also be required as needed.If you think you may have what it takes, apply today!Technical Skills / Knowledge : Experience installing & managing Distributed Antenna System installationsAbility to PIM & Sweep test.Previous Site Survey experience.Ability to read blue prints and Visio & iBwave drawingsThorough understanding of OTDR, Spectrum Analyzer (Anritsu), Signal Generator and similar test equipment.Basic understanding of RF Theory & RF Math Abilities or RequirementsThe DAS Field Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of installation work at customer locations / job sites to ensure that the field crews and or technicians complete the assigned tasks, safely and to CTS standards of quality and professionalism. This would include managing any and all subcontractors / vendors who must also meet or exceed CTS standards for safety and quality. A Field Manager should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills as well as a professional demeanor, who strives to be the industry leader in his or her daily actions. A Field Manager should be able to handle multiple simultaneous projects depending on size, location and schedule offset.Responsibilities : Ability to manages 1-2 simultaneous medium sizes projectsLogistics of Electronics and Materials, both ordering and inventory controlMaintaining Project Schedules and Budgets to meet require goalsManaging change orders should they be neededSystem commissioning & optimizationPerforming site surveys / data collection and produce bid documents for small to medium sized projectsCloseout document data collection and package completionCustomer Service while on the job siteAdherence to all site & crew safety standardsWeekly Reports / Updates and time card approvalsAbility to lead install team stringing coax and fiber cable to include cable terminationProficiency with Fusion splicing and fiber optic testingProficient at operation and understanding of all functions of test equipment, to include RF, cable, and fiber test gearTrouble shooting all systems to identify issues and recommend solutionsUnderstand all major carriers frequency band, protocols and terminology.Ability to reading the iBwave Design documentation and understanding the different installation componentsThorough understanding of all CTS Products and ServicesComputer skills should include understanding of MS Word, Excel, Projects & Google MailProficient level of building code knowledge to be able to do a fully compliant installationWillingness to travelWage $26- 32 per hour depending on experienceThis position is full time and includes Company Benefits (Health, Dental, FSA, 401(k), LTD / STD, Life Insurance.
