Job descriptionAssist with daily prep of ingredients including slicing produce, meats, spreads, and bagel toppings Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards Keep prep and storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Support upstairs kitchen and front-of-house teams as needed during busy periods Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Previous kitchen or prep Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs Punctual and reliable with weekend availability Competitive hourly pay Staff meal and hot coffee included during shifts Positive, team-oriented environment Growth opportunities within the company Morning and daytime shifts (no late nights!)
