Job description

Perle, a Michelin-rated French bistro in Pasadena, is seeking a professional and polished part-time Host to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a refined and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage reservations and coordinate seating flow
  • Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
  • Work closely with service staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications :

  • Prior hosting or front-of-house experience preferred, especially in upscale casual or fine dining establishments
  • Familiarity with reservation platforms (Resy or similar)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexible schedule — evenings and weekends
