Description : Pediatrix® Medical Group seeks a new graduate or experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join its practice at Golisano Children's Hospital in Ft Myers Florida.
Job facility with a 70-bed Level-III NICUThe health system has two facilities and 7000 deliveries per yearCape Coral Hospital provides a Level-I low-risk delivery servicePrimary responsibilities include providing attending coverage at our Level-III NICUAll subspecialty services available except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO and high-risk delivery service coverageIn-house call and 24-hour NNP coverageLevel-I coverage includes well baby care and back-up coverage from homeTeam of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPsWe value a team-approach toward care in a developmentally sensitive and family-centered unitOur core values support a culture of life-long learning and professional growthRobust quality improvement program and opportunities for clinical research if desired
