Job description3+ years of professional experience in film, television, or multimedia production . Proven track record in producing, directing, or post-production supervision. Expertise in industry-standard tools : Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke . Strong organizational skills with keen attention to continuity and detail. Ability to work asynchronously while delivering independently at a high level. Schedule : Remote and asynchronous — work on your own time. Commitment : Flexible, typically 30–40 hours / week. Structure : Project-based contract, with potential for ongoing collaborations. Rate : $45–$65 USD / hr , depending on experience and location. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect . Submit your resume or portfolio showcasing relevant production / post-production work. Complete a brief form outlining your expertise and preferred focus areas.
