Application Specialist

Together, the Applications Team works with Technical Sales to provide natural color solutions to food and beverage manufacturers in a variety of application categories such as beverages, confections, dairy products, snacks, bakery, cereal, etc. The Application Specialist will report directly to the Applications Manager.

Provide color match / color recommendations for customer’s food and beverage products

This may include performing various trials to model the customer’s formulation and / or process and conducting stability testing

Develop and execute demonstration samples that showcase products and ingredients across a variety of products for customer meetings and tradeshows

Design, perform, analyze data demonstrating performance of, and provide technical recommendations to the Sales Team

Maintain organized and clean lab space

Operate pilot plant equipment

May require some travel
