What You’ll Do

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of small business and individual clients
• Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports
• Manage payroll processing and sales tax filings as needed
• Work closely with senior accountants and CPAs to support tax prep and advisory work
• Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve issues
