Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience

License : Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state / district

Certifications : BLS & ACLS Required, NRP Required, AWHONN Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring Required

Must-Have : Cerner Experience Required

Description :

Must live 50 miles away from the facility.

This position requires 3 shifts of 12 hours each on days.

The patient population includes females of childbearing years, pregnant individuals at 17 weeks' gestation, and laboring patients.

Scheduled procedures may include C-sections, external cephalic versions, and cerclage (note that these are typically not performed on the unit).

Triage issues will also be part of the duties.

Unit activities involve admissions, discharges, transfers, pre-operative care, and deliveries (both vaginal and C-section).

Common equipment used in Labor and Delivery includes fetal monitors, Cerner, and Fetalink documentation.
