Job Description for RN / LPN

1st Shift - Fridays Only!!

1st Shift - Full Time

2nd Shift - 6 : 30pm - 10 : 30pm (4 Shifts) + 2 : 30-10 : 30 (1 Shift)

2nd Shift - Full Time

3rd Shift - Part Time

8 Hour Shifts

60 Bed Facility

RN / LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care / related services for residents in accordance with their care plan

Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs

Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

Qualifications for RN / LPN

A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents

Current Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification

Good Working knowledge of State Rules / Regulations

Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
