• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to our residents.
• Assist with nurse-delegated tasks, including recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
• Enhance residents' quality of life through supportive communication and engagement in daily activities. No Prior Experience Required! We welcome individuals with a passion for caring for others. Our all-inclusive training program is designed to prepare you for success :
• CNA Training Program : 75 hours, with a blend of online and in-person learning.
• Certification : Earn your CNA certification upon completion. Job Requirements :
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs.
