A large home care agency is seeking a skilled and professional Director of Patient Services (DPS) to run 2 of the offices.

Director of Patient Services will run the Queens and Manhattan office

Responsibilities of DPS :

Regulatory Compliance : Ensuring the agency complies with state and federal healthcare regulations.

Clinical Oversight : Managing nurses and caregivers, reviewing patient care plans, and ensuring services meet quality standards.

Staff Supervision & Training : Hiring, training, and supervising clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and aides.

Quality Assurance : Monitoring patient care outcomes, addressing concerns, and implementing improvements.

Candidate must obtain a valid RN license in the state of New York
