We're seeking dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to join our team on the day or   night shift .

Position Overview

You’ll provide inpatient respiratory care for a full range of patient populations, from neonates to geriatrics, across multiple departments including :

Medical-Surgical Floor

Critical Care Unit

Emergency Department

Surgical Services

Level II Nursery

Family Birthplace Center

Compensation & Night Differential

Base Pay : $33.99–$49.98 / hour (based on experience, education, and skill set)

Night Shift Differential : +$4.00 / hour (for 4+ hours worked between 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)

Annual Bonus based on individual and organizational performance

Core Responsibilities

Deliver respiratory care to patients from neonates to geriatrics

Conduct assessments, implement interventions, and provide clinical consults

Manage advanced ventilator settings including APRV, AVAPS, and BiPAP weaning

Perform adult intubation and arterial line insertion

Conduct bedside diagnostics

Document accurately using EMR (experience with Meditech preferred)
