What You'll Do

Provide therapy for clients navigating growth, identity, transition, or performance-related stress.

Bring a human approach to the work — relational, grounded, and authentic.

Keep documentation simple and compliant (we streamline the admin so you can focus on people).

Collaborate with a small, intentional team that values honesty, creativity, and aligned practice.

Who You Are

Licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, etc.)

Clinically grounded, but open to continuous learning and growth.

Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team culture.

Someone who values authenticity, alignment, and meaningful impact.
