Program Summary

The Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Sr. Program Manager provides overall management and leadership to the IC group supporting our customers worldwide. The program is critical to KBR’s solution to the U.S. Government, supporting maintenance, installations, and repairs of fuel handling systems. It comprises three major projects : Automated Fuel Handling Equipment (AFHE), Hydrant Fuel Handling Maintenance (HFAM), and Automated Fuel Systems Integration (AFSI), all under the Sr. Program Manager’s responsibility.

Job Summary

The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for delivery, quality, safety, people, customer satisfaction, cost, and overall contract health of the program. They meet contract deliverables and requirements, support growth opportunities, and ensure the program is fully compliant with regulations.

This is a remote role.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Meet contract requirements and deliverables across all three projects; manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, milestones, and ticket completions.
• Supervise more than 50 employees across 30+ worldwide locations, primarily in the United States, Hawaii, Spain, and Japan.
• Manage a $30M+ P&L, achieving revenue and operating income targets on the annual budget.
• Generate new business opportunities and drive growth goals.
• Ensure program KPIs—delivery, quality, safety, cost, schedule—are achieved.
• Build strong customer relationships and communicate contract deliverables through status meetings and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulations.
• Charter, sponsor, and direct cost‑control projects to maintain cost competitiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross‑program projects.
• Lead employee engagement activities, including surveys, town halls, and site visits.
• Maintain healthy staffing levels per contract and customer requirements.
• Implement employee recognition programs for safety, performance, and teamwork.
• Execute Zero Harm safety program initiatives with 100% achievement of leading indicators.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
