We have an exciting opportunity - We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in your area. Do you love to help people? Our Administrative team is comprised of associates that do more than make copies and organize files; they are committed to being positive-minded problem-solvers who enjoy working with all different types of people.

Job Responsibilities :

• Answers incoming telephone calls promptly in a polite, professional manner. Determine the purpose of calls, and forwards calls as appropriate while monitoring the availability of staff to receive calls.
• Communicate and take guidance from management, help customers, other team members, and work alongside third-party relationships such as lenders, permit authorities, title agents, trades, etc.
• Answer questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
• Handle special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from the department.
• Take guidance from management and be driven to grow professionally.
• Welcomes clients and on-site visitors in a cheerful and respectful manner determines the nature of their business and announces guests to appropriate personnel.
