Position Overview

Recharge MedSpa & Wellness Clinic is a new luxury wellness and medspa opening in [Spring, TX]. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our founding team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage therapy sessions including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and hot stone modalities.
• Deliver a consistent, luxury-level guest experience aligned with Recharge’s brand promise : Where wellness meets luxury and science meets serenity.
• Complete accurate SOAP notes and maintain detailed client documentation, including intake forms, treatment plans, and progress updates.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are fully prepared, sanitized, and presented at the highest standard for every client.
• Educate clients on stretches, self-care, and wellness practices to support lasting benefits.
• Demonstrate flexibility as we refine workflows and establish protocols in our new clinic environment.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process development to contribute to the growth of the business.
