Job Title : CNC Machinist

Location : Greensboro, NC (On-site)

Pay Range : $20 - $35 per hour (DOE)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our precision machining team. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in programming at the machine, setup, and operation of CNC equipment, with a focus on Haas and multi-axis machines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and Operate machines including tooling, fixturing, and offsets
• Operate Haas vertical and horizontal machining centers, including multi-axis configurations
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models
• Perform first-piece inspections and adjust programs as needed
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and precision
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in CNC setup and operation

Basic programming ability - at the machine or utilizing programming software - (Helpful)

Proficiency with Haas controls and multi-axis machining

Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials

Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools

Experience with CAD / CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360) is a plus
