Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of maintenance and repair duties. Applicants must provide and maintain their own tools and demonstrate relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance and repairs.
• Complete light carpentry work.
• Repair and install drywall.
• Paint interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Install appliances.
• Conduct light electrical work.
• Perform light plumbing tasks.
