A company is looking for a People Success Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an overflow recruiter and manage the recruiting life cycle as needed
Administer onboarding, offboarding, and benefits processes while ensuring compliance with HR regulations
Maintain personnel records and assist with Learning & Development program content creation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of recruiting and Human Resources experience
Experience with QuickBooks, Paylocity, and NetSuite, or similar systems preferred
Highly self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
