Senior Manager Global Product Manager (Plasma)

Job Summary

As the Senior Manager, Global Product Management within the MedTech division, you will be responsible for defining the overall strategy and development of the global plasmapheresis portfolio. You will identify market trends and unmet needs, set the strategic roadmap for the portfolio, and translate customer requirements into NPD (new product development) and / or LCM (life cycle management) of existing products. Responsibilities will include defining requirements for new product development, acting as the liaison between the regional marketing teams and research and development, supporting the launch of products into the regions and market units, and managing and optimizing on-market products. This position will also manage the strategic items across the plasma business, including, but not limited to : 1) market size and share, 2) competitive database, 3) strategic question resolution 4) business case development and financial modeling and 5) support of new business development opportunities.

• Position requires working onsite 3 days per week in Lake Zurich, IL. Other days may be worked remotely.
• Base salary range : $134,000-175,000.
• Position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary.
• Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
