Physician - Prime 65, St Peters, MO

Mercy is recruiting board eligible or board certified Physicians with a specific interest in building relationships, focusing on wellness, changing lives, and making a difference for seniors. This is an outpatient-only position with an established patient panel size of 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Multiple practice locations throughout the St. Peters market.?

Dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and in basket support?

In-person, virtual, or telephonic encounters - annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute / urgent visits?

Exceptional work / life balance with administration dedicated to removing barriers?

30 minute - 1 hour appointment slots for all patients - adequate time without rush??

Manage a patient panel size of 600 or 1,000 with APP support?

No holidays, weekends, or evenings

Administration dedicated to reducing physician burnout - comprehensive physician wellness program?
