Applied Signal Technology (AST) is seeking a Material Expeditor / Delivery Assurance Specialist I to join our Supply Chain department. This is an ONSITE position at our San Jose, CA location.

The Material Expeditor / Delivery Assurance Specialist I is an administrative function in support of U.S. Government and commercial domestic contracts.

What You Will Do :

• Ensure incoming material meets the required due dates and effectively and proactively communicate with Buyers and requestors to update delivery dates, monitor supplier performance and coordinate invoice and receiving discrepancy resolution.
• Monitor open commitments and update reports for management and others on current status.
• Purchase of low-dollar commodities and process change order and assist Buyers.
• Assist Supply Chain management in the running of reports on overall trends, achievement to KPI and process improvement initiatives.

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 118,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
