Type : Full-time | Monday–Friday | No weekends

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer who is passionate about residential design and excels in managing projects from concept to installation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires strong communication skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate on multiple residential projects with clients, designers, architects, and contractors.
  • Develop and present design concepts, materials, finishes, and furnishings.
  • Source and specify furniture, lighting, and finishes; design custom pieces as needed.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Oversee project development through all phases : Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Administration, and Installation.
  • Create and review visual presentations and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 3–5 years in residential interior design (degree preferred but not required).
  • Skills : Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; hand sketching skills a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with industry resources, materials, and furnishings.
