Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Orthopedics & Bone Health team in Southern Oregon. This full-time role offers a 4.5-day workweek with no call requirements, focusing on orthopedic assessments, bone health education, and employee wellness.
Key responsibilities include :
- Assessing and managing orthopedic conditions like fractures and sports injuries
- Educating patients on osteoporosis prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle
- Performing employee health exams and treating minor outpatient conditions
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
- Documenting patient records and monitoring treatment progress
