Housekeeping

We are looking for hardworking Housekeeping (Linen Sorters) in Shelbyville , KY 40065 with $14 / hr. pay for a 2-month contract duration . In this role, you will p ick up dry linen and feed it into various dry fold machines. Follow standard operating procedures for each machine. Inspect each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wears. Must meet quality and production standards. If you qualified and interested, APPLY NOW!

Shift hours :  M-F, 7 AM - 5 : 30 PM with potential for OT

Responsibilities :

DRYFOLD :

Pick up dry linen and feed an item into various dry folding machines.

Follows standard operating procedures for each machine.

Inspect each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wear.

FLATWORK :

Feed linen into various ironers.

Follow standard operating procedures for each machine.

Inspect each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wear.

Skills / Experience :

• Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to push / pull carts weighing up to 800 lbs. (on wheels)
• Lift up to 40 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable with repetitive movements such as bending and twisting
• Basic computer and printer operation skills
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
